Lex has always been interested in real estate and the opportunities it provides. After completing high school in May of 2022, Lex quickly obtained his real estate license in September and joined our team soon after. In his role as a property management assistant and marketing specialist, Lex communicates with prospective tenants, gives property tours, performs property walkthroughs to ensure our investor's homes are kept in mint condition, and also plays a critical role in our monthly accounting to make sure our property owners are all paid in a timely manner.
