Congrats, to one of our investor clients on their investment in Granbury, Texas!

This deal was a fun one to work on because the investor is one of Hannah's long-time friends she grew up with! Being able to work with people that you've known forever and had no idea you'd be doing business together is so special! We had been on the hunt for a few months to find him the perfect home for them flip. We went from tear-down jobs to only touching up some paint, to finding the perfect medium! This home has a great layout and so much potential once the cosmetic work is completed. Not to mention you cannot beat the location - it's right by Lake Granbury and the Country Club!  ?
We can't wait to see what they do with the home and are so excited for many more deals to come.
